Keeping ourselves healthy and happy
In PSHE we have been exploring what 'relaxed' means and discussing things that make us each feel relaxed and some that make us feel stressed or 'tense'. We looked at some photos of people in different situations and decided whether their feeling of calm or stress was weak or strong. We then placed the photos onto our Stress-o-meter which has a scale of 0-10. After that we shared our own position on the scale and explained how we were feeling at that moment and why.
